If you are one of the 10 million people with an iPhone 4 then you understand there is huge market for protective iphone 4 cases and covers for him. Even the tiniest scratch somehow totally ruins of Apple minimal aesthetic. Most people opt for full protection cases, but that defeats the purpose since the iPhone 4 was meant to be seen. There are protective films of each manufacturer, but the quality is questionable. So the trust ? I tried ZAGG invisibleSHIELD and came away impressed, but not without some marring issues.
InvisibleSHIELD The kit comes with 4 precision cut film pieces, a spray, and a cleaner. The instructions are simple. Spray your hands to prevent fingerprints, carefully peel off a section of the film and spray it down. Carefully place the iPhone 4 and cleaner air bubbles. Simple right? Not exactly.
If you have not noticed, the iPhone 4 has curved edges. The film piece that goes over the screen was a bread, but everything else requires skill, patience, and most importantly fine. The ZAGG has a video tutorial on their site to help first time Shield installers, needless to say the person in the video was done before. Fortunately spraying in the film before assembling parts gives some breathing space to make mistakes. Promptly and properly, glass cleaner, glass cleaner, glass cleaner. I have found for hard corners with a hairdryer set of the lowest and coldest really helps establish the strength of the film to bend to his will.
Once the installation is finished, I was pleasantly surprised. My iPhone 4 did not appear that there was something in it, unless they looked very close, but then again do not go around with my vision permanently fixed on macro. The film is totally clear, like glass. It is also very resistant to fingerprints, but the best part is that it seems immune to scratches. WIN!

The installation is a bit difficult.
Tiny gaps can occur if the installation is not perfect as a result of dust particles in the aggregate.
It does not protect the iPhone 4 falls. You need a case for that.
